Compatible with the following models of Falmec hoods:

  • Luce (wall version)
  • Lumen (version 120 cm wall)
  • Plane NRS (120 cm wall version)

Air pressure and speed in the extractor part of the hood are naturally greater in areas close to the engine. The suction capacity will therefore be more concentrated in the central part, precisely under the suction motor. This imbalance leads to a general loss of the effectiveness of the hood, especially in its most peripheral parts. The Air Falmec balanced steel filters have been made with a special sloping honeycomb structure in which the suction holes become larger as you move away from the center, allowing you to redistribute the suction evenly on the filtering surface.
