Delivery methods

The goods delivery service is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
For transport, Opportunity Commerce srl uses leading companies in the sector, which are directly responsible for everything connected to the activity for which they are assigned, both as regards the safety of transport and for any damage. The cost of transport can be identified with a specific description present both in the purchase proposal phase and in the payment phase, within the invoice.

Place of delivery

Opportunity Commerce will deliver the goods purchased by customers will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase proposal. Any subsequent changes to the place of delivery with respect to the one originally indicated requested by the customer may produce additional costs with respect to the sale price that will be borne by the same. Opportunity Commerce srl will promptly notify the customer. Changes in the delivery address must be communicated by the Customer to Opportunity Commerce srl by sending an e-mail to info@opportunitycommerce.com and will be accepted only if the shipment has not already been made.

Standard delivery means to the street level without telephone notice and will be carried out from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery with agreed time o the delivery service is performed in the same manner described for standard delivery. The competent delivery branch will contact the recipient of the shipment, agreeing on a day and a time window for delivery. The service must in any case be carried out from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Delivery to the floor the rate includes the appointment service, the cost of transport, introduction and raising of the products with standard crew up to a maximum of 2 people. The price displayed for delivery to the floor is to be understood "in normal conditions" of delivery, that is, easy for the delivery of two people with the possible help of a trolley. The delivery is carried out by appointment by the competent delivery branch. The technical feasibility of the delivery must be assessed from time to time in the case of narrow stairwells, inaccessible accesses, the need to hire elevators or special vehicles. Any costs for accessing restricted traffic areas or for obtaining permits for the occupation of public land are excluded. Surcharges may be requested for deliveries defined as "not easy", for which additional personnel are required compared to the crew with "standard" equipment. The Company or the Carrier by the Company appointed, reserves the right to carry out or not the delivery within the home if the elevation is technically not feasible, involves risks for the safety of the operators' activities or the elevation may compromise the integrity of the good.

Collection in the warehouse the customer will directly collect the ordered product (s) at his own expense at the logistics office of Opportunity Commerce srl To change the delivery date and / or time slot, the customer can contact directly the branch in charge

The customer is required to specify at the time of the order any particularity and / or limitation of the delivery address indicated: limited traffic area, narrow road that makes it difficult for the vehicle to pass for the delivery of goods, delivery on islands or areas with certain traffic restrictions.

The customer is also required to indicate, when placing the order, the presence of any obstacle to delivery represented by particular characteristics of their home (narrow stairs, narrow doors, lack of lift, etc.). Any communication must be made by email to info@opportunitycommerce.com. In these cases Opportunity Commerce srl reserves the right to evaluate whether it is possible to ship the goods. In cases where no particularity and / or impediment has been communicated at the time of the order, Opportunity Commerce reserves the right to request any additional costs from the customer.

Delivery times

The Opportunity Commerce S.r.l. provides for delivery times for the products purchased which vary according to the availability of the goods and the related procurement times, which depend on the production and commercial logic of the producers and / or suppliers. Shipping times are understood to start from receipt of payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer, the counting of the days starts from the actual credit date). In the case of several products in the same order, a single shipment is made and the article with the longest shipping time is valid (the days indicated are working days and not calendar days). The timing varies according to the type of product and the courier used.
Therefore, in no case are there any procedures for withdrawal, if the purchase proposal is received promptly by the manufacturer and this has immediately proceeded to create the product, its assembly and / or the related customization required.

The terms of quantity availability and delivery of goods communicated by Opportunity Commerce S.r.l. must be considered indicative and not essential.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice / DDT

- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered

- That no closing materials other than metal clips have been used.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery (accepting the goods with a careful reservation to be written in the courier's DDT: Ex: "damaged package, broken packages , open necks, ..)

Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
In the absence of any reservation, we cannot proceed with the opening of files for damages.

Transport damage and insurance

Pursuant to Article 1693, the carrier is responsible for the loss or damage of the products delivered for transport, from the moment in which it receives them to the moment in which it delivers them to the recipient buyer. It is exempt from liability if it proves that the damage or loss is derived from unforeseeable circumstances, from the nature or defects of the thing or its packaging, or from the fact of the sender or that of the recipient.

The buyer must always check the quality of the products and the integrity and completeness of the packaging. The possible acceptance of the goods received without the affixing the wording of "specific reserve" and the indication of the reason (damaged, open package, torn, wet package, absence of pallet, etc.) extinguishes the actions deriving from the contract and attributable to the carrier as well as obviously excluding any attribution of liability of the Company seller. Any other wording deviating from "specific reserve" plus the indication of the reason for which it is affixed (damaged, open, wet package, absence of pallet, etc.) will not give the right to any compensation (eg control reserve, etc.)

ATTENTION: if you accept without reservation, sign a document that says that the package has arrived in perfect condition, and at that point it will be very difficult to ask for a refund. Therefore accepting the goods "with reserve" puts the recipient in a greater safety condition. However, in any case, the recipient's right to report any "unrecognizable" damage at the time of delivery is reserved, when, for example, the package containing the object appears to be intact on the outside.

If the courier refuses to make a reservation, it is the customer's right to refuse the goods or request the courier to verify the goods in a completely exceptional way. In case of difficulty with delivery, you can immediately contact our Customer Service number on 035217158

Any disputes reported in this way must be confirmed to Opportunity Commerce srl by sending an e-mail to sinfo@opportunitycommerce.com, with an e-mail within seven calendar days of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of the customer's communication with attached photos of the packaging upon arrival and of the damage, Opportunity Commerce srl will ask the courier to open an insurance case for transport damage. Once the presence of transport damage has been approved and received, Opportunity Commerce srl will arrange, at the customer's choice, to organize the repair of the product, order a replacement product or refund the product value.

Additional services such as delivery to the floor, installation or other work requested by the customer, will be refunded if they have not been carried out.

Any report received after the deadline will not be taken into consideration. The customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared at the time of delivery on a paper slip or electronic handheld and which he confirms with his signature.

The parcels sent are all insured with a private insurance policy.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the provisions of the consumer code, the proposer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reasons and without having to incur costs other than transport costs. The term starts from the day of delivery of the purchased product to the indicated destination. The return of the goods must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the sending of the notice of withdrawal exclusively by carrier or postal service to be paid by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of clearly personalized and / or made-to-measure furniture items.

The communication must indicate:
1. the Customer's will to exercise the right of withdrawal; 2. the order number, the number and date of the invoice and the transport document; 3. the goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised, with relative photos of the packaging; 4. the methods of crediting the sums which will take place exclusively through the method of payment of the order placed

The customer will have to wait for the authorization for the return from Opportunity Commerce srl, the goods must be returned completely intact and in the original packaging, also intact, including all accessories, manuals and other documents.

The risk of loss of goods, damage or handling during transport necessary for the return are borne by the customer without prejudice to the right for them to insure the shipment, bearing the relative costs.

The returned goods must not show signs of wear and / or damage as the Customer is allowed to try them on in order to make a decision about their purchase. The user will be held responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and their functioning.

In case of use of the goods for any other purpose except for the above, the return will not be accepted.
Terms for re-credit

The re-credit of the amount paid in advance will be made by Opportunity Commerce srl no later than 30 (thirty) working days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, after verifying the correct procedure indicated in these clauses and after verifying the integrity and the functionality of the returned goods, accessories and packaging.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
1. exercise in a manner different from the regulatory provisions and / or these General Contract Conditions; 2. Professional user with VAT number 3. alteration of the original conditions of the goods for any reason; 4. excessive use of goods beyond mere proof for the purchase decision.

Costs of returning an order

The costs of sending the product from the Customer to Opportunity Commerce srl will remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The refund amount will be equal to the value of the purchased goods only - shipping costs and any additional services requested by the customer will not be refunded (amount for cash on delivery order, delivery to the floor, assembly etc.)
Additional services such as delivery to the floor, installation, assembly or other work requested by the customer, will be reimbursed if and only if they are not carried out.

In case of refusal to deliver the order during shipment, by the will of the customer, the expenses incurred by Opportunity Commerce srl for the management of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

The shipping costs (sending from Opportunity Commerce srl to the Customer and return to Opportunity Commerce srl) plus any additional charges incurred by Opportunity Comemrce srl (stocks, additional costs for further variations delivery and mobilization of goods).
