A small armchair inspired by colonial furnishings, featuring a chromed steel frame and a self-supporting fabric profiled in leather to form the seat, the backrest and the armrests widened at the front and thinned at the back.
The Cassina edition reproduces the authentic version presented in 1930 at the UAM - Union des Artistes Modernes exhibition, during which the authors showed how the furnishings presented could be made with a wider variety of coverings. The upholstery detail stands out, which already at the time repeatedly inspired haute couture collections.
