Summary procedure of the right of withdrawal after consulting the regulations:

  • --Send mail to assistenza@opportunitycommerce.com con: Order number and photographs of the product;
  • -Re-pack the product (unused and ruined) inside its complete intact packaging;
  • -Do NOT use brown tape (only transparent tape)
  • -If product arrives on a tied wooden pallet, re-position the product tied to the pallet.
  • -Further information will follow post request. (Reservation of collection etc.)

You will receive a reply to your email within 24/48 working hours from the notification.
NB: Before any replacement and refund, the product will be subject to verification at our warehouse.



_What to do if the product has arrived damaged or with defects?

If the courier is actually delayed with the delivery, please send us an email or phone/whatsapp with your order number, we will take care of soliciting the courier for a speedy delivery of your order.


_How can I get a copy of the invoice by email?

The administration department will send you a copy of the digital invoice to your e-mail address within 24 working hours.
In any case, every shipment we make will be complete with an order invoice affixed to the product packaging in a transparent document envelope.


_What is the status of my refund?

The re-credit of the amount paid in advance will be made by Opportunity Commerce srl within and no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, after verifying the correct procedure indicated in these clauses and after checking the integrity and functionality of the returned goods, accessories and packaging.

The re-credit is made to the same type of payment used at the time of purchase.
