Delivery times
The company Opportunity Commerce S.r.l. foresees delivery times for purchased products varying according to the availability of the goods and the relative supply times, which depend on the production and commercial logic of the manufacturers and/or suppliers. Delivery times are intended from receipt of payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer, the counting of days starts from the actual date of credit). In the case of several products in the same order, a single delivery is made and the item with the longest delivery time is decisive (the days indicated are working days, not calendar days). The timing varies depending on the type of product and the courier used.
_How to understand the delivery time?
Below each product is the average arrival time of the products specified in working days (Monday to Friday).
This timeframe is specifically dictated by the manufacturer, based on: logistics, production, and procurement.
Working days start from the crediting of the payment, the day on which the order received is processed directly with the manufacturer.
_When will products in READY FOR DELIVERY be dispatched?
Products indicated as ‘READY FOR DELIVERY’ are dispatched within approximately 5 working days. Time required to prepare the material for shipment and logistical process at the warehouses where the indicated stock exists
_Once shipped, when do I receive my order at home?
Once entrusted to the courier, based on the type of delivery chosen in the order phase, the following timescales follow:
- Standard delivery Italy: 1-3 working days;
- Delivery with telephone notice: 2-3 working days;
- Delivery to the floor: 5-7 working days;
- Delivery with Assembly / Installation: 7-10 working days;
- Standard delivery Europe: 5-7 working days;
*These timelines are variable depending on national events and holidays, such as: Transport strikes, Christmas, August bank holiday, Black Friday, etc...
_Can the purchased product arrive earlier than the indicated timeframe? Or can it arrive later?
Depending on the timing and stocks of the manufacturers, there is a possibility that the product may become available earlier than the stated timeframe. However, we can only foresee this once we have been able to dispatch the product to the manufacturer.
If necessary, we can agree with customers on a longer delivery time at no extra cost.
In the event of delays in delivery by the manufacturer and thus extended waiting times, we will notify the customer in good time.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Below is the meaning of the order statuses and their progress:
- Awaiting Payment: Waiting for payment to be credited
- Payment Accepted: Payment credited
- Order in Handling: Order successfully filled and processed
- Preparation in progress: Ordered product(s) ready and being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Shipping and label created, email sent with active tracking link within 24/48 hours
