Separate climatic zones
I Our wines have 3 zones (61cm model) and 2 zones (46cm model), adjustable for temperature and humidity ity. Each zone is equipped with a dedicated evaporator and dividing barriers which guarantee perfect circulation of the cold inside the appliance and in each zone, and thus make it possible to maintain the different settings for optimally storing different wines at the same time: for example Champagne non-vintage and sparkling wines (6°-10°C), sweet white wines (6°-8°C), full-bodied white wines or light reds (10°-13°C), aged reds 13°-18°C) , vintage port (18°-20°C)

Shelves in natural beech wood and metal profiles
The wine cellars contain 10 shelves for storing wine, supplied with 2 (61cm model) and 1 (45cm model) support for display or tilted storage. They are made of natural beech wood, which helps to eliminate any odor or substance that could alter the conservation of the wine. The shelves have metal profiles and slide smoothly on telescopic guides, to minimize the stress on the stored bottles. All internal profiles are anthracite gray

Smart Knock Door Technology
The doors are equipped of Smart Knock: by knocking twice on the glass, the lighting inside the device is automatically activated, making the bottle labels visible. Without opening the door, and therefore without compromising the conservation of the wines and energy efficiency, it is possible to choose in advance which wine is the most suitable for the occasion of the moment

Adjustable lighting and with presentation mode
You can activate the presentation light mode, which leaves the lighting always on even with the door closed. The lighting of our wine cellars can then be adjusted, for each individual zone, to different levels: light, medium, high, as needed, also via the Signature Kitchen Suite app
