GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:

These general online sales conditions govern the contract for the sale of the products offered by Opportunity Commerce S.r.l. , are published on this site to be read by the customer before making a purchase and accepted together with the order.

The terms contained in these general conditions do not deprive the buyer, in the case of a consumer, of the rights attributed to him by the current and applicable laws, including the rights and actions referred to in Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n . 206.

Purchase proposal

It is possible to make a proposal to purchase the goods and services of these accessories, duly completed in all its parts, through which the customer expresses his will to Opportunity Commerce srl to buy the goods indicated in these General Conditions and in the other conditions indicated on the Website. The Purchase Proposal becomes legally effective for the customer after pressing the "Confirm order" button and, for cases where it is required, the "Confirm payment" button.

Conclusion of the order

The Order Confirmation is represented by the communication sent by Opportunuty Commerce srl to the customer via e-mail as acceptance of the order made by the customer. The e-mail contains the customer data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the billing information, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent

In the event that Opportunity Commerce srl is not able to deliver the ordered goods to the customer, the customer will receive an e-mail from the Company with which the latter will communicate to the customer that the products are not available and that the purchase proposal cannot therefore be accepted.
If the ordered product is not available, product out of production, incorrect warehouse stocks, errors in the insertion of the product both technical and cost, Opportunity Commerce srl undertakes to communicate it to the customer, by email or telephone, proposing to these an alternative. The customer will be free to accept any sales proposal, completing his order, or cancel the order by receiving it, within the established terms.

In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of any anticipated price according to the chosen payment method, within the established terms. No compensation is provided in favor of any of the parties for non-fulfillment, emerging damage or loss of profit.
With regard to products available to order, the customer may request cancellation of the order only before the ordered goods are put into production.

The cancellation request cannot be made if the order has already been shipped: in this case it is necessary to activate the return procedure. All costs related to the operation of the same are charged to the customer. The following are to be understood as return management costs: shipping costs (sent by Opportunity Commerce srl. To the customer and vice versa), plus any charges incurred by Opportunity Commerce srl such as stocks, additional costs for changes in delivery and handling of the goods. / p>

Price, payment and invoicing
