By activating the fan of the CPW250B1 (agitated cooling), you homogenize the temperature inside your cellar. If you want to get different temperature zones, turn off the fan and you will switch to static cooling. The CPW250B1 can therefore be used:

- both for temperature control and wine conservation with different temperature zones;
- or for storing or refining wine by activating the fan. You will therefore have only one temperature zone
