A real work of art composed of a structure and five cabinets with doors made of wooden sheets with a thickness of two millimeters and folded like origami, thanks to a complex patented technological process. Riddled Buffet has great charm and elegance thanks to the sculptural volumes, already characterized by the perforated textures typical of many famous works by Steven Holl. The result is a faceted container, light and shiny like a diamond, but made of wood, in the Horm style
Materials:
The Riddled Buffet consists of five various containers with opening doors with magnetic closures, made with a material created and patented by Horm consisting of a sandwich of ebony veneer and fabric which, thanks to surface incisions made with laser cutting, is folded like an origami. The containers are joined together by painted aluminum panels
