Steam Combi Cooking
Traditional cooking, microwave and added steam . The Signature Kitchen Suite compact oven is designed for those situations where, even in a small space, you want to express maximum creativity in the kitchen. Combi steam mode heats food gradually, using both microwave heat and moist steam heat. This function is particularly suitable, for example, for regenerating previously cooked dishes or leftovers: they are brought back to their original consistency in a short time

Microwave Function
The microwave has progressive power from 100W to 1000W, with 10 selectable levels, including: bain-marie (100W), defrost fruit (200W), defrost seafood (400W) , cook ham or whole poultry (500W), cook puddings and custards (600W), cook eggs and melt chocolate (700W), heat pasta and vegetables (900W), until water boils (1000W). Each cooking has its own level. Pre-set recipes help you select the most suitable intensity

Customizable display volume and brightness
In the Ture to Food Signature Kitchen Suite compact oven, everything can be customized down to the smallest detail. In the display, the degree of brightness can be set from 20% to 100%, in 20% increments. The volume of the sound is also adjustable, as well as the reference system of weights and temperatures can be changed. Everything is easily set via the 7" color LCD touch display. This oven matches perfectly with the other products to create a perfect suite
