PERIMETER ASPIRATION
The perimeter extraction is an innovative extraction system in the hood, which consists of a panel which allows the passage of air only from the edges. The perimeter extraction involves great aesthetic and technical advantages: the hood has no air inlet hole and this allows absolute creative freedom in the design phase; the suction speed increases thanks to the reduction of the suction surface (Venturi effect); the panel slows down the flow of air in favor of greater silence. Unlike traditional grease filters, the panel has a smooth surface that facilitates daily cleaning operations
