ONE-HAND IGNITION AND SAFETY VALVE
Allows to operate, with a single gesture, ignition and adjustment using the knob. In all Barazza gas hobs, the spark plug is inside the burner, under the lid, away from liquids overflowing from cooking tools and from any damage caused by cleaning operations. The rapid safety valve blocks the flow of gas, even with the tap open, in case of accidental extinguishing of the flame. It is activated with the ignition of the burner and thanks to the rapid thermocouple it comes into operation after a few seconds

CAST IRON GRILLS
In cast iron, such as those used in professional kitchens, they are particularly solid, heat resistant and therefore durable. They transmit and retain heat better.
