Mounting precautions
• Depending on the type of installation (free-standing or flush with the top, with or without cover), the position of the built-in niche and the knob may vary
• If you install with the VA 440 cover, take into account the additional space required for the depth
• If you combine multiple devices from the Vario 400 series, it is necessary to use the VA 420 connecting element between the various devices. Depending on the type of installation, the corresponding connecting element must be provided
• The load-bearing capacity and stability, particularly in the case of thin worktops, must be supported by suitable substructures. Take into account the weight of the appliance and additional loads
• Additional instructions for flush installation: Installation is possible in stone, synthetic or solid wood surfaces. The thermal resistance and watertightness of the edges of the cut must be respected. Regarding
regards other materials, please consult the manufacturer of the worktop
• The groove must be continuous and uniform, so as to guarantee the correct positioning of the appliance on the gasket. Do not use a discontinuous covering
• The width of the joint may vary due to dimensional tolerances of the combinations and the cutout on the worktop
• If you install multiple appliances in single niches, provide a space of at least 50 mm between niches
• Lateral distance from the appliance to the wall or a piece of furniture min. 100 mm
