In designing the Pierre coffee tables, Jean-Marie Massaud does a great job with the material, exploring the maximum expressive potential of marble and reinterpreting it in a completely new way

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Structure. Composed of a frame with an L-shaped profile in aluminium and an underlying base made of tubular steel painted with a burnished finish
Feet. Knurled in burnished aluminium with adjustable tips in plastic material
Top. In marble, available in the following finishes:
- Polished Calacatta marble
- Semi-polished Calacatta marble
- Polished Arabescato Venato marble
- Semi-polished Arabescato Venato marble
- Polished Marquinia marble with natural finish
Polished marble. The marble top is treated with a transparent polyester paint that gives it greater surface resistance and prevents it from absorbing liquids
Semi-polished marble. The marble top is treated superficially with a protective water-repellent solution that gives it a more natural appearance
Polished Marquinia marble with natural finish. The black Marquinia marble top is characterised by a particular graphic effect created through incisions that simulate a tesserae of different widths
The surface polishing of the tops is achieved through a brushing process that gives the stone a more natural appearance, highlighting the characteristic veining
