The hob hybrid combines the advantages of induction and the specificity of the gas wok burner, in brass (4.0 kW). The induction hob has four zones with nine different intensity levels. The hob is equipped with touch slider controls and digital display of the power selected for each cooking zone, end of cooking timer (automatic switch-off) and the possibility of selecting the keeping warm mode. The safety system includes automatic pan detection, safety switch, residual heat indicator light (H) and Stop-Gas function for the wok burner. The hob is equipped with accessories: scraper for surface cleaning, cast iron adapter for Wok, reduction for small pots
