The GROHE Red Mono pillar tap revolutionises kitchen routines. Boiling water comes straight from the tap, so you can quickly complete a range of cooking tasks and free up valuable space. Designed to complement the GROHE Blue mixer or another tap already installed in the kitchen.

Boiling water is perfect for making tea or coffee, but also for filling pots and cooking. To dispense boiling water, you need to press the touch buttons with child safety lock. The high L-shaped spout makes it easy to fill pots and pans and easily rotates within a range of 0°/150°/360° for maximum flexibility. Safety is key with this product: the mixer features the GROHE ChildLock function with light signalling on the touch buttons. The boiler is very energy efficient (class A) and the appliance also has a summer mode with a temperature reduction of 60° C.

The boiler is made of titanium, a material with high resistance to corrosion, and has a capacity of 3 litres for instant hot water. The brilliant and resistant GROHE StarLight chrome finish of the lid maintains its shine over time. The GROHE Red filter also limits the presence of limescale and heavy metals in the water, prolonging the life of both the tap and the boiler. You can also purchase the Coldfill mixing valve (40841001) to integrate on the tap connected to the open-chamber water heater. This valve mixes the system water with boiling water to deliver hot water immediately, thus reducing waiting times and also water waste.
