Oven with 60x80 cm usable cooking chamber. It is possible to add a practical stainless steel trolley with a support surface, wheels and a tool hook. The oven is equipped with a wood holder, ember rekindling tool, flue and cap, and a door to close the firebox. The firebox is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel while the external one is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The oven insulation is made of natural rock wool and allows for more effective temperature control and prevents the external structure from overheating.
