Ovens with an 80x50 cm cooking chamber
Equipped with a practical painted steel trolley with wheels, it comes with a wood holder, a flue with a flue gas regulation valve, and a cooking surface door. The fire surface is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external one is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather, and rust. The oven is insulated with natural rock wool, allowing for more effective temperature control and preventing the external structure from overheating.
