Oven with 60x60 cm cooking chamber. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with a support surface, wheels and a utensil hook, it is supplied with a flue with a smoke regulation valve and cap, and a door to close the fire mouth. The firebox is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is stainless steel, while the external one is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather, and rust. The oven insulation is made of natural rock wool, which allows for more effective temperature control and prevents the external structure from overheating.
