Oven with 60x60 cm usable cooking chamber. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with a work surface, wheels, and a tool hook, it comes with a wood holder, ember rekindling tool, flue and chimney cap, and a firebox door. The firebox is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is stainless steel, while the external one is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather, and rust. The oven is insulated with natural rock wool, allowing for more effective temperature control and preventing the external structure from overheating.
